Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy (ADA) plans to increase the number of students up to 1,500 people by 2015, Deputy Foreign Minister, Rector of the Academy, academician Hafiz Pashayev said.
He said the ADA admitted 36 students to get a master's degree this academic year. About 30 percent of them are foreign citizens.
He added that the ADA admitted students to get a bachelor's degree for the first time this year.
All 60 admitted students got the highest points at the entrance exams, Pashayev said.
At present, the Academy provides training in three main areas: international relations, conflict studies and business administration. After moving into a new building, the ADA plans to increase the number of specialties.
