Nearly 50,000 customers have been left without electricity in different regions of Georgia due to damage to power lines caused by the strong wind.

Gerogian energy distribution company, Energo-Pro Georgia told Trend on Dec. 3 that some 70,000 customers have been left without electricity in Georgia's regions due to the bad weather conditions and a strong wind.

Emergency teams were able to restore supply of electricity to 20,000 customers. Bad weather complicates the teams' work. Energo-Pro Georgia's technical teams continue to work in an emergency mode.
