The Regional Commonwealth of Communications' (RCC) tariff policy working group stands for joint principles and a common approach to telecommunications regulations.
The working group, including the Azerbaijani Communications and IT Ministry, came to the conclusion that it is possible to introduce common principles of regulating the industry in RCC member-countries.
