The special buses which were equipped with necessary modern technology equipments that formed as a result of joint activities between "ULTRA" company and "ASAN Service" centre. These buses will deliver services to the citizens in the regions and the villages of Azerbaijan travelling.
The travelling buses were brought on the 22nd April of this year from Istanbul to Baku under the name of "Show March" that was dedicated on 90th anniversary of national leader Haydar Aliyev.
We should note that these buses were submitted to the head of state on 4th of May, at the opening ceremony of the new centre in Sumgayit city by State Agency for Services to citizens and Social Innovations under President of the Azerbaijan Republic. All technical equipment of "ASAN Service" centre have been realized by support of ULTRA company.
At the opening ceremony ULTRA company's technical director and head of project Qambar Mammadov noted that the centre's computers have been provided with internet network and all kinds of conditions have been created for the citizens to benefit by e-services here. From this aspect the bus has been assembled with great taste for giving the quality service and different from the similar transport means.
The buses of "ASAN Service" attract the attention especially from IT infrastructure aspect. IT equipment, unique and productivity of all mobile means which have been organized by technical support of ULTRA company give the especial opportunities to "ASAN Service"staff and the citizens who will use of this service.
The mobile offices are mainly distinguished with the maximum mobility, fault-tolerance and tolerance to the tension. Organization of IT infrastructure with the wireless equipment played the significant role in this project. The solar batteries which are non traditional resource of electricity they have been placed upper side of the bus and used for organization the incessant work of the system.
All peripheral equipments have been adapted which allows to work in mobile conditions. Each desktop has been provided with the modern equipments as mobile components that organize the modern transportable notebook, HP ENVY multifunctional mobile printer, CISCO IP telephony, system of queue and video control system. The modern equipments as CISCO routing device and commutator, HP ProLiant DL300 server equipment have been placed into the bus for providing connection with the Regional and Central ASAN.
At the same time the bus has been equipped with high quality CCTV camera and central video registration systems which allow to register incessantly and to watch distantly in current time.
The especial LED panel has been fitted upper side of the bus. It is used as information display and the necessary information about state fees, ASAN services for citizens as well as system of queue have been shown there. Taking the quality of connection lines into account the modern advanced wireless technologies as satellite connection, mobile 3G network have been used. We should mention that the main idea of the travelling bus service that has the first such practice and initiative in the world is to deliver the services of the state to the citizens addresses.
This is a significant structure part of the policy that Azerbaijan State realizes in the development direction of human rights and in the formation of the new approach in "Public officer - Citizen relations" in our country.
