Firefighters have fully extinguished the fire at the AFEN Plaza business center in Narimanov District of Baku, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Emergency Situations told Trend Nov. 10.
The ministry’s rescuers have evacuated 40 people. Firefighters and ambulance teams have been working on the scene.
No injuries have been reported.
