A photo session dedicated to Baku 2015 first European Games has been posted on the peru.com website.
The photographs captured interesting moments of the athletes' matches in various competitions as part of Baku 2015 first European Games.
"Baku is the first city in the history hosting the first European Games," the description to the photos says.
"Baku is a city with a rich history and many tourist attractions," the article says. "It is developing rapidly. Hosting of the first European Games is one of the recent examples of successful development."
The European Games that kicked off in Baku June 12, will last till June 28. There is a total of 20 sports at Baku 2015: 16 Olympic sports and four non-Olympic sports.
More than 6,000 athletes from across Europe came to Baku to represent their nations over 17 days of competition. Baku was awarded the games by the European Olympic Committees (EOC) in December 2012.
