The tariffs for cargo and passenger transportation in Azerbaijan's transport sector increased by 0.4 percent and 3.2 percent respectively in September 2014, the country's State Statistical Committee said.
The tariffs for passenger transportation by air to CIS countries have increased by 12.5 percent, while 19.1 percent increase was recorded in passenger transportation to other countries by air during the reported period, the committee said.
The tariffs for oil transportation via pipelines have increased by 1.1 percent in September.
Moreover, the tariffs for passenger transportation by railway to CIS countries dropped by 6 percent in September.
