Azerbaijani population’s income allocated to servicing loans made public

In January-November 2015, three percent of the income of the population was allocated for the payment of interest on loans in Azerbaijan, said a report by the State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan for the first 11 months of 2015.

Some 75.7 percent of income was directed to final consumption expenditure; 9.5 percent to taxes, social insurance, and voluntary membership fees; and 11.8 percent for other charges, according to the report.

In total, in January-November 2015, the income of the Azerbaijani population increased compared to the same period last year by 5.7 percent, reaching 36.8 billion manats.

Per capita income in Azerbaijan for the period amounted to 4.4 percent given annual inflation rate at 3.7 percent.

Revenues, which remained at the disposal of the population for the period, amounted to 33.3 billion manats, which is a 5.6 percent increase compared to January-November of last year.
