Alen Deletroz, the Vice-President of the International Crisis Group, currently been on visit to Baku noted that there were three proposals on regulation of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
Deletroz putting the status of Karabakh in the forefront proposed to discuss the issue in 10-15 years, Trend reports referring the Radio Liberty.
He also regards the both sides’ refusal from the use of force as important.
According to Deletroz, first of all it is necessary to provide repatriation of internally displaced persons and focus efforts on establishment of ties between Azerbaijani and Armenian communities. “It is possible by the placement of the military forces of the countries, which Azerbaijan and Armenia trust, in the zone of conflict,” Deletroz underlined.
He also stated that he would bring the proposals to the notice of Azerbaijani and Armenian officials.
