The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) reporter on disappeared persons in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia, Leo Platvoet will visit the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) general headquarters in Geneva on April 24, Trend reports.
He will meet the ICRC leadership and discuss the issue of the disappeared persons in the South Caucasus in the course of his visit.
