Ursula Plasnick, Austrian Foreign Minister, said peaceful resolution of frozen conflicts in Pridnestrovye, Nagorno-Karabakh and South Osetia depends on ensuring democracy and domination of law across the entire OSCE.
Trend reports, this statement was made upon the completion of Ms Plasnicks meeting with OSCEs Trio, headed by Karel de Gucht, chairman of this organization.
