On Friday, March 29, the State Water Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received information that two fishermen were drowning in Caspian Sea in Garadagh district, Baku, at 3-kilometer distance from the nearest emergency station, the Ministry of Emergency Situations said in an announcement issued on Saturday.
Rescue divers arrived at the incident place and rescued both of the fishermen according to the announcement.
