A Baku resident Telman Abdullayev dealing with false diplomas was detained on 3 November, the head of the 29 Yasamal district police department Elnur Veliyev told Trend.
В"A Baku resident Ilgar Ahundov applied to the police department with the complaint that he had been deceived by Elman Abdullayev. During the investigation it became known that Abdullayev sold him a diploma of the Medical University of Dagestan, Russian Federation. Later on he understood, that he had been cheated”, Veliyev said.
He also reported, that Ahundov paid $1700 to Abdullayev for this diploma. В"Abdullayev was detained by the police and was called to account”, the head said, noting the deatined is charged with the farud and making the false documents. The investigation is currently underway.
