Azerbaijan, Baku, 25 April / Trend corr K. Zarbaliyeva/ Two men engaged in illegal manufacturing and trade of cement have been detained in Baku.
The Central Administration Against Organized Crime has detained Baku resident Parviz Mirzayev and Barda resident Orkhan Aliyev, who were illegally manufacturing and trading cement in the steel mill's warehouse in the Binagadi District in Baku, Azerbaijani Interior Ministry reported on 25 April.
Trade marks of different Russian and Ukrainian companies, 56.6 tons of cement and 650 empty sacks were revealed in the warehouse. A criminal case has been filed in this regard.
