The Azerbaijani police arrested the country's citizen who was in an international search by Russia.
Officers of the Central Passport, Registration and Migration Department detained Rasim Abdullazade, the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry said. Abdullazade was in search due to the Article 108 (homicide by exceeding necessary defense limit) of the Russian Criminal Code.
At present relevant measures are being taken to extradite Abdullazade to Russia.
