A serious traffic accident killed a Russian citizen in Baku.
Baku resident Orkhan Huseynov, 25, driving a VAZ-2107 (10-SM-727), ran over 30-year-old Russian citizen Nataliya Brechina on Hasan Aliyev St. on Feb. 14 at 21:35, the Baku Central Police Department told Trend on Feb. 16.
Brechina died at the place of the incident.
Huseynov left the crime scene, but his car collided with a Range Rover (10-ST-077) driven by Khalida Brutman at the intersection of Tabriz St. and K. Rahimov St.
The Narimanov District 16th Police Department detained Huseynov. A criminal case has been filed.
