The Georgian coastal command of the port of Poti detained a PUR NAVOLOK dry cargo ship swimming under flag of Cyprus.
The ship was detained for pollution of the environment by coastal command and the Black Sea Inspection Department officials.
The investigation is underway. The ship will has to pay a fine.
