Meeting between Georgian FM and U.S. Secretary of State postponed
Georgia, Tbilisi, June 22/ Trend , N. Kirtshalia / The meeting between the Foreign Minister of Georgia Grigol Vashadze and U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, which was to be held today in Washington, was postponed to an indefinite period.
Meeting was postponed due to the fact that Hillary Clinton has recently broken her arm, U.S. Ambassador to Georgia John Tefft told journalists.
"I have just been informed that she was operated," said the Ambassador.
Secretary of State wanted this meeting very much, said Tefft. "We should not look for other reasons. I believe that this meeting will be held in near future," he said.
