Georgia is on the border of freedom and unfreedom, and people in search of freedom rush to us, said Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili, commenting on deserting soldier of Russian Armed Forces Dmitry Artemyeva in Georgia.

The Russian military ran today due to Russian army abuses. This is the second Russian military, who deserted to Tbilisi.

"This military has decided to live in a free country, not in the undemocratic and authoritarian countries", - said Saakashvili.

"This is the second case, when people aspire to freedom by crossing this line, and we have information that there are a lot like him. It's like the Berlin Wall in the past that people crossed to get to the free world, despite the risk of losing life", - said the President of Georgia.
