Investigation of person defalcated citizens' big amount of money launched in Baku.
During 2004 and 2007 Veysal Guliyev gaining confidence of Baku residents Rafail Tairov, Parviz Mustafayev and Chingiz Bayramov got $12,000, $104,000 and $17,000, accordingly, press-service of the interior ministry told Trend on July 25.
Police department got appeal on July 24. At present, police conducts operative-search actions to detain Guliyev.
