Tbilisi's epopee by famous Hollywood actor Andy Garcia was completed by shooting near the Georgian Parliament on October 19 at night. The events describing Tbilisi's evening of August 12, 2008 were shot in four doubles.

Director of the film Renny Harlin said after the film that the episode was very emotional. He thanked all people and promised that his film about Georgia will be very interesting and surprise the entire world. Andy Garcia was born to play the role of Mikheil Saakashvili, Harlin said.
Garcia's honorarium for participation in this film hits $500,000.
