Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon have today had a one-on-one meeting as the Tajik leader started an official visit to Azerbaijan.
The two presidents praised the relations between their countries, saying they were developing on different fronts. They pointed out there was good potential for expanding the bilateral ties.
They stressed the importance of the Tajik leader`s visit in terms of strengthening the two countries` cooperation.
President Ilham Aliyev and Emomali Rahmon exchanged views over bilateral, regional and international issues.
