The amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences were submitted for discussion at a meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Legal Policy and State Building of the Azerbaijani Parliament.
It is planned to make several changes in the section of the Code of Fines for breaking the law 'On political parties'.
Physical entities will be fined at 750 - 1500 manat, officials - 1500 - 3000 and legal entities - 8000 - 15,000 manat for political parties' interfering in the activities of state bodies and officials, for the establishment and functioning of political parties of foreign countries, their branches and organisations and making statements or operating on behalf of the liquidated political parties, as well as their involvement in the illegal activity.
Physical entities will be fined to the amount of 1500 - 3000 manat, officials - 3000 - 6000 manat and legal entities - 15,000 - 30,000 manat for repeated similar actions.
