BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 5. Baku highly values the role of the Russian Federation in the normalization of Azerbaijani-Armenian relations, said Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov, Trend reports.
"From this point of view, we believe that the most important part is full and conscientious implementation of the trilateral statement. Unfortunately, we have to state that a number of fundamental provisions of the trilateral statement are not still maintained from the Armenian side, among which I would like to mention the fact that the Armenian armed groups have not yet been withdrawn from Azerbaijani territories, which is envisaged in the trilateral statement," he said.
