Ilham Aliyev, the Azerbaijani President, sent a congratulatory letter to Hu Jintau, the chairman of the People’s Republic of China. The message expresses congratulations on Education Day of the country. Aliyev mentioned his satisfaction with continuation of the bilateral cooperation.
The Azerbaijani President also sent a letter to the Nigerian President on Independence Day. “I hope the Azerbaijani-Nigerian relations will develop in direction of friendship and cooperation,” the message says.
