вЂњAs of 11.00 the situation with the poll was quiet,вЂќ Vladimir Rushaylo, the head of the CIS Observation Mission, the Executive Secretary of the CIS, told journalists on Sunday (6 November). He was commenting on the process of polling for the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan, Trend reports.

Rushaylo also noted that as of 11.00am [local time] they noted definite shortages, including the complaints and appeals which are currently under consideration. вЂњWe send inquiries to the Interior Ministry, the Supreme Court and the CEC in connection with the appeals. We will study them during the day and the results will be publicized within the final statement,вЂќ he underlined.
CIS observation mission works in all 125 constituency elections commissions of Azerbaijan.
