Protocols of 37 of 460 polling stations with the results annulled were cancelled by the constituency elections commissions, while 423 вЂ" by the Central Elections Commissions, Igbal Babayev, the head of the Information Center вЂ�Elections’ told Trend.
Babayev said that the polling stations with the results annulled were excluded from the list of the CEC placed at website www.infocenter.gov. Besides, the number of polling stations were indicated on every of 125 constituencies, while data on 19 constituencies also include the polling stations with the polling stations with the valid results.
