The Supreme Court considered the appeal lodged by Flora Karimova, balloted in the parliamentary elections, Trend reports.
The reason for appeal was cancellation of the results of the elections in Sumgayit constituency 42, where Karimova run for elections, by the Central Election Committee (CEC). She addressed to the Supreme Court, as Court of Appeal did not satisfied her appeal, but the Supreme Court also upheld the decision.
Karimova intends to address to the European Court in relation to the decision of the Supreme Court.
