В"In regard to ensuring the venue for holding the congress scheduled by the Party of the National Independence of Azerbaijan (NIPA) on 22 January 2006 the party applied to the Baku city authorities, the NIPA acting chairman, the partys chairman of the central control and revision commission Ayaz Rustamov told Trend.
Rustamov noted they proposed in their application the building of the Shahriyar Palace of Culture or the Opera House. В"However, our address is still without any response. He also noted, as Hayatt Regency is currently under repair and at the Europe Hotel some other events will be held it is impossible to hold the congress at these venues.
Rustamov noting, that they thought over other places for the congress said, 350 delegates are invited to the congress.
