Enough facts are gathered on the cases of the arrested ex-ministers of Economic Development and Health, the Azerbaijani Attorney General, Zakir Garalov told reporters,Trend reports citing the ANS TV channel.
Material evidences fully prove the criminal offences committed by the former ministers. They mostly include corruption and abuse of power.
There are facts of illegal privatization of property and appropriation of the state property by the Minister of the Economic Development and multiple cases of bribery, the Attorney mentioned.
He also commented on the investigation of the Barmek Azerbaijan criminal case, conducted by the Corruption Department of the Attorney Office. Evidences are mostly connected to corruption. The company` s president, Huseyn Arabul was summoned to the Attorney Office to testify, however, it is too early to talk about putting charges against him, he added.
