The size of the minimal salary will be increased in Azerbaijan from 1 January 2007, the President of Azerbaijan told while making a speech in the opening ceremony of automobile road Guba Khinalig village, Trend reports.
According to the President, Azerbaijan takes a leading position in the region, all social problems of the Azeri people are resolved and this policy will continue. My primary task is that all citizens of Azerbaijan should live in good conditions, the President said.
Aliyev called an important event the construction of a new road in the separate village of the country. According to Aliyev, it will ensure the future development of the village. In parallel other social problems of this village will be resolved, Aliyev stressed.
Thereafter, the President participated in the opening ceremony of a frontier post in Khinalig village. In addition, the President intends, together with his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva, to visit the secondary school built in Gachresh village with financial support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
