The presentation of the On-line Library Heydar Aliyev's Heritage and the book Heydar Aliyev: WE CANNOT ALLOW THE SECOND ARMENIAN STATE TO BE ESTABLISHED IN THE TERRITORY OF AZERBAIJAN was held in Baku on 12 October.
