Nusret Mammadov, the President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in Kyrgyzstan, informed Trend that a ceremony to commemorate the 17th anniversary of the 20 January tragedy committed in Baku in 1990 will be held in Bishkek, jointly with the Turkish Diaspora.
He noted that a special organization committee was established at the order of the Head of Heydar Aliyev Foundation in Kyrgyzstan, intended to carry out arrangements and events dedicated to the bloody tragedy. In accordance with the business plan, the participants will view the exhibition of photos illustrating the January tragedy.
