Byelorussian President Says There Are Evil-Wishers Who Discommend Cooperation between  Azerbaijan and   Belarus

Azerbaijan, Baku/ Trend , corr. A. Ismayilova/ ЕAlexander Lukashenko, the President of Belarus, has stated during today's extended meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Ilham Aliyev in Baku, that there are some evil-wishers who discommend cooperation between Azerbaijan and Belarus.

He said that Azerbaijan and Belarus would not wish to be uncooperative or harm anybody and added that the two countries had no plans to be unfriendly with anyone. The Byelorussian President noted that he supported other countries' joining different Byelorussian projects.

He said that good, friendly relations had been established between the people of Azerbaijan and Belarus. According to Mr. Lukashenko, no Azerbaijani residing in Belarus will complain about a bad or unfriendly attitude towards himself, just as a Byelorussian living in Azerbaijan will not.

In his turn, Azerbaijan's President, Ilham Aliyev, said that both Azerbaijan and Belarus advanced on the path of close integration with each other by both countries considering further political and economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Belarus.

The Head of the Azerbaijani State expressed a wish on further cooperation with Belarus.
