Decision of Turkey on Non-Visa Regime with Turkic Countries is Progressing – First Vice-Speaker

Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. E.Huseyinli / MP Ziyafat Askarov, the first Deputy Chairman of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijan Parliament), told journalists that Turkey's decision to cancel the visa-regime among Turkic countries, including Azerbaijan, should be well-received.

According to Askarov, this step by Turkey is a very good attempt regarding cooperation among countries and nations. Askarov, however refused the possibility that the Azerbaijani Government would cancel its visa-regime with Turkey.

Turkey began a non-visa regime for citizens of Azerbaijan, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan, for those who have civil passports and are visiting Turkey as tourists for no more than thirty days.
