Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend / A new intellectual forum will be put in operation in Azerbaijan. It is intended to establish a unified discussion platform both for just beginning and already popular political scientists, culture figures, journalists, economists and talented youth who are not indifferent to the future of Azerbaijan and the society.
According to 1news.az , Intellectuals.az project will appear in the internet on 1 November, the assistant of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration's head, candidate of political sciences, Elnur Aslanov, said.
"Launching the project we want to demonstrate Azerbaijan's genuine potential to the country and to those abroad, as well as to improve public's influence on formation of national strategy for the development of Azerbaijan," Aslanov said.
Intellectuals.az forum will hold discussions about Azerbaijan's economic development level, strategy of national development, complications in formation of civil society in the country.
That is an attempt to bring discussion of Azerbaijani public's actual problems to a new level actively via ICT.
The initiative is being implemented by the National Expert Council including Trend, 1news.az, Novosti-Azerbaijan news agencies and the 'New Development' print house.
