Azerbaijan, Baku, 7 February / Тrend corr Z. Safarov / The leading Azerbaijani taekwondo wrestlers will participate in the international Fajr tournament, which will be held in Teheran this week-end.
The team includes world championship winners Zahid Mammadov (58kg), Tavakkul Bayramov (84kg), the Europe-2006 champion Ilkin Shahbazov (67kg), Vugar Karimov (54kg), Rovshan Mammadov (62kg), Elvin Mammadov (72kg), Rahit Hasanov (78kg), Ramin Azizov (84kg), Aygul Abdullayeva (51kg), Nigar Hajiyeva (55kg), Gunay Garayeva (59kg), Gulnar Jafarova (63kg) and Yelena Abbasova (67kg).
The training staff allowed Rashad Ahmadov (80kg) to take a rest this time, as he has already won a license to Beijing.
