Azerbaijan, Baku, 24 May / Trend corr R. Ergun/ Azerbaijan's national volleyball women team won the international tournament in Dubai, Azerbaijan Volleyball Federation reported to Trend . Azerbaijani sportsmen beat French team in all three sets.
The main purpose for Azerbaijani team to participate in the tournament was preparation for European Championship selection tournament to take place in Poland next year.
Dubai prize fund totalled $1mln.
The tournament will end on 27 May.
