Nobody has right to interfere in buying of school uniforms by parents in Azerbaijan, Azerbaijani Minister of Education, Misir Mardanov, told media on September 4.

Nobody has right to interfere in buying of school uniforms by parents in Azerbaijan, Azerbaijani Minister of Education, Misir Mardanov, told media on September 4.

"Neither principals of schools, nor teachers and local executive authorities have rights to interfere in buying of school uniforms by parents", said the minister. They can only determine kind of a school uniform but not interfere in the process of its making and purchase," minister said.

The ministry of education got information that local authorities in some regions establish the children's funds and deduct 1 percent of teachers' wages. It is unlawful action. People illegally establishing these funds will be punished," Azerbaijani Minister of Education , Misir Mardanov, said.
