The water temperature will approximately reach 29-30 degrees on the beaches of the Absheron Peninsula, the Azerbaijani Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry reported.
In addition, air temperature is expected to reach 35-38 degrees in Baku and on the peninsula in the first half of this week, the ministry reported.
The temperature will rise to 42 degrees in some areas of the country and 29-34 degrees in the mountainous areas in the next three days.
