Chairman of Council of State Support to NGOs under President of Azerbaijan meets Turkish journalists

Chairman of the Council of State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations under the President of Azerbaijan, MP Azay Guliyev met with a delegation of Federation of Newsmen of Turkey, which is on a visit to Baku, the organization reported.
The delegation includes the chairman of the Federation Atilla Sertel, head of the Bureau of NTV, secretary general of Federation Merikh Ak, chairman of the Sakary Society of Newsmen Mathur Sefa and chairman of the Kayseri Society of Newsmen Veli Altynkaya.
The meeting covered future plans for expansion of relations of bilateral cooperation, joint enlightenment actions directed against Armenia's lies and slanders of anti-Azerbaijani and anti-Turkish orientation.
How Guliyev said, in April this year, with organizational support of the Federation of newsboys Turkey and the Council of state of NGOs in Izmir, an exhibition which is important from the standpoint of promoting Azerbaijani realities in the world. According to him, the continuation of such activities and their entry into Europe is an important matter.
At the meeting the sides exchanged views on further strengthening of Azerbaijani-Turkish brotherhood and the prospects of cooperation of media and NGOs.
The meeting was attended by Farasat Gurbanov and Safar Alysharly, as well as chairman of the Association of Journalists of the Parliament Elshad Eyvazli.
