The Azerbaijani and Lebanese youth and sports ministers discussed cooperation today.
During the meeting, Azerbaijani Youth and Sports Minister Azad Rahimov discussed ongoing work in the sector, noting that 11 Olympic sports complexes are being built in Azerbaijan.
"Azerbaijan focuses on the development of sport in the regions," he said.
Lebanese Youth and Sports Minister Ali Husein Abdullah also stressed his country's attention to youth and sports issues, adding that Lebanon would like to study Azerbaijan's experience in the sector.
The Lebanese minister arrived in Azerbaijan yesterday. During his visit, he also plans to meet with the Azerbaijani education minister to discuss cooperation.
