A regional youth center has opened in Georgia's Marneuli region, which is densely populated by Azerbaijanis.
The center is equipped with computers and has working and training studios.
Youths will learn to conduct business and study foreign languages.
This is the first of eight regional centers that will be established within the Youth Development and Integration Project. The project's total cost is estimated at $1.216 million.
The World Bank provided these funds as a grant to the Georgian National Children and Youth Agency under the Georgian Youth and Sport Ministry.
The Japanese government also transferred money to the WB to support youths.
According to unofficial data, 500,000 Azerbaijanis reside in Georgia.
