Norwegian Ambassador to Azerbaijan and the country's foreign ministry official will attend funeral of a Georgian citizen Tamta Liparteliani killed in terror attack on the Utoya Island in Norway. The diplomats are already in Tbilisi and met with Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister Nino Kalandadze.
All costs of transportation of Liparteliani's dead body and her funeral were paid by the Norwegian government. Another girl who was on the Utoya Island Natia Chkhetiani will also get compensation.
Liparteliani's funeral will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Aug.6.
Kalandadze said despite the great tragedy and causalities the Norwegian people suffered they took the Georgian girl's death close to heart and express their condolences to her family.
