Azerbaijani representative for the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 will be determined on Feb.12.
The National Selection for the 57th Eurovision Song Contest, which started on Nov.28, is nearing completion, the contest official website reported.
Five finalists of the National Selection are already determined.
Orkhan Kerimli, Sabina Babayeva, Elton Ibrahimov, Fagan Safarov and Arzu Ismayilova reached the final based on SMS voting of audience and jury decision.
They will compete for a right to represent Azerbaijan at the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 at the final of the National Selection, to be held on Feb.12 at the Heydar Aliyev Palace.
Semifinals of the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 will be held in Baku on May 22 and May 24, while the Grand Final - May 26.
