An industrial accident occurred at a plant owned by Azerbaijan's Defense Industry Ministry in the country's Shirvan city, Azerbaijani Defense Industry Ministry told Trend July 6.
The accident caused an explosion in one of the shops at the plant.
Witnesses told Trend that the explosion has left people dead and injured.
Investigation is underway upon the fact.
