Russia's parliamentary delegation will visit Azerbaijan Oct. 30-Nov. 2 to observe the parliamentary election, the Russian embassy in Baku told Trend Oct. 26.
The delegation will include Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Ilyas Umakhanov, deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs Oleg Lebedev, State Duma member Irina Rodnina.
The parliamentary election will be held in Azerbaijan Nov. 1.
