Matin Eynullayev has been appointed Azerbaijan’s third deputy education minister under the decree of the country’s President Ilham Aliyev, the ministry told Trend Jan. 12.
Prior to this appointment, there were two Deputy Education Ministers: Jeyhun Bayramov and Firudin Gurbanov.
