Chinese gymnast Cenyu Wang aims to take first place at the FIG Artistic Gymnastics Individual Apparatus World Cup in Baku.
“I am not too happy with my performance in the balance beam exercises. But I hope to perform well on uneven bars in the finals and to come out on top,” she told Trend March 17.
The gymnast said she really liked the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku and the conditions created there for athletes.
The FIG Artistic Gymnastics Individual Apparatus World Cup in Baku started on March 16 and will continue until March 19.
Gymnasts from 23 countries take part in the FIG World Cup, which is hosted by Azerbaijan for the second time.
