A spectator of the 37th Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships, Jafar Salayev, told Trend that the competitions are interesting and spectacular.
"I brought my granddaughter to watch the competition. She is also engaged in rhythmic gymnastics, so she is interested in everything that happens on the stage. We often attend competitions held at the National Gymnastics Arena," the spectator said. " I want my granddaughter to see how famous gymnasts compete, to learn from them, inspired by their victories. It’s great that the World Championships is taking place in Baku."
The 37th Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships will last until Sept. 22.
More than 300 gymnasts from 61 countries are competing for nine sets of medals. “Fairy Tales will come to life" is the motto of the championships.
